The Mint of Poland released the new 2 ounce BE FREE – STATUE OF LIBERTY fine silver coin. This coin is produced for the Republic of Cameroon and a legal tender of the Republic of Cameroon. The coin features the universal symbol of freedom and democracy, the Statue of Liberty of New York. The Statue of Liberty was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the United States and is recognized as a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. The Statue of Liberty was designed by French sculptor Frederic-Auguste Bartholdi with assistance from engineer Gustave Eiffel, who later developed the iconic tower in Paris. Today the Statue of Liberty is one of America’s most famous tourist attractions.

The obverse of the coin features the back of the Statue of Liberty in high-relief and with pigeons flying away from treetops.
