The Canadian Horse $20 Fine Silver Coin
The Royal Canadian Mint unveiled the 2020 $20 The Canadian Horse Fine Silver Coin with Gold and black rhodium plating. The connection between horses and humans is a powerful one since 1000’s of years. Horses are very social and family-oriented animals. The Royal Canadian Mint released 2020 The Canadian Horse coin featuring Canada’s own national horse, the Canadian horse to celebrate the human-horse relationship.
The reverse of the coin designed by Claude Thivierge features two side profiles of the Canadian horse (Equus ferus caballus). The 2020 yin yang like The Canadian Horse coin made of three different alloys: 99.99% pure silver, the gold, and black rhodium plating. The Designers Initials “CT” can be found at the reverse of the coin. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt along with the inscriptions – ELIZABETH II, Issuing country “CANADA” Issuing Year “2020” and the face value of the coin “20 DOLLARS”.
The 2020 Canadian Horse fine silver coin will have a limited mintage of 3,500 coins worldwide. The coin will be shipped with serialized Certificate of Authority and in a Royal Canadian mint branded box. Shipping will start from Jan 2020.
